Otis Air Force Base Air Show
Over the last two months, the Am B Care management team met with officials from Homeland Security, the United States Air force, United States Army, United States Coast Guard, Barnstable County Sheriff's Department, and the Otis Fire Department, to ensure the safety of over 160,000 patrons and hundreds of participants in  the Otis Air Force Base Air Show. Due to extensive training and tabletop exercises the show went off without a hitch. Am B Care's familiarity and knowledge of incident management control made interacting and planning with several Government and civilian agencies a simple task. Am B Care feels priviledged to have been able to participate in the Air Show and to have been able to work with such fine professionals.  The dedication displayed by our Military towards providing a safe environment for the patrons of the show was inspiring and we hope to work with them again soon in the future.
Am B Care crews and ambulances are dwarfed by the air force's biggest aircraft. This C-5 airplane is designed to haul the biggest of payloads to front lines. The air force routinely moves items as diverse and large as tanks, trailer trucks, radar stations and even mobile hospitals on these airplanes. With in air refueling capabilities this aircraft has unlimited range and has served as the backbone of military logistics for two decades.
Am B Care  went nose to nose with the best during the Otis Air Force base Air Show. Here we see Am B Care units posed after a recent performance, with the United States Air Force "Thunderbird" F-16 fighter jets. We felt privileged to provide medical support for and to stand side by side the greatest fighter pilots in the world.
The United States Coast Guard and Am B Care Ambulance jointly displayed the incredible loading capacity of the C-130 aircraft. The Am B Care ambulance easily drove on and off the aircraft's ramp displaying the airplane's versatility and size which comes in handy when having to unload a payload under fire or duress
